As we continue to build, we invite and encourage YOU to get involved. Whether you're new to the organization or a seasoned hockey parent, your time and talents can make a lasting impact on the experience we create for our players.
THERE ARE PLENTY OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR EVERYONE! Our Board, Program Directors, Operational and Rink staff appreciate your willingness to join the team! While we can't necessarily accommodate everyone's "preferred" role, there are plenty of ways to help out!

Team Managers
1 Per Team Required
As a Team Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for your team, helping to organize communication and logistics. Refer to the Team Manager Requirements and Team Manager Game Management pages for more information.
A Team Manager Kick Season Kick Off meeting will be scheduled for August, 2025.
Schedulers
1 Per Team Required
Schedulers coordinate home and away game scheduling. A home ice schedule will be provided by ISCC on or before June 1st. League requirements will be provided as soon as they are available. Tools, best practices, and support will be provided throughout the season!
A Schedulers Kick Season Kick Off meeting will be scheduled for June 2025.
Locker Room Monitors
1 - 2 Per Team Required
Locker Room Monitors ensure a safe and respectful environment by supervising locker room access and behavior, especially during games.
Safe Sport Coordinator
One (1) Position Available
The Coordinator will support the Northern CT Hockey Program Director to ensure compliance with USA Hockey’s SafeSport policies and help promote a culture of safety and respect. This person will serve as the primary contact for the Connecticut Hockey Conference / USA Hockey to ensure compliance and share information across all teams.
Director of Team Managers
One (1) Position Available
The Director of Team Managers will provide leadership and support to team managers across all divisions, helping standardize practices and share best approaches.
Social Media Ambassadors
Unlimited Spots Available
Social media ambassadors will be expected to positively represent the program online by consistently sharing content, promoting events, highlighting team achievements, and engaging with the community in a respectful, inclusive, and enthusiastic manner. Ambassadors will work with a designated committee to ensure best practices, maintain consistent messaging, and uphold the organization’s standards across all platforms.
Fundraising / Events Committee

Join a dynamic team to help plan special events, tournaments, and fundraising initiatives that enhance our community and support player development.
